Agency Fees

Berisfords offer all Landlords a simple and transparent Fee Pricing policy which is not only competitive but has been designed to maximise the profits achieved by our clients on their Glasgow rental properties whilst not compromising on the services that our corporate and professional Tenant client base demand.The Service that we offer is a totally comprehensive Letting and Full Management Service which consists of the following:

  • Marketing of the Glasgow rental property
  • Conducted property viewings
  • Transfer of rents to client landlord’s accounts
  • Carrying out the appropriate Tenant Reference checks
  • Preparation of the Tenancy Agreements, Form AT5, Repairing Standard letters, etc.
  • Preparation of the inventory and Schedule of Condition
  • Arranging of routine repairs and maintenance
  • Regular property visits and reports
  • Notification to Glasgow City Council and other Statutory bodies
  • Tenant’s Check out of the Property on completion

For these Services we will charge you a fixed fee of 10% of the rental income received.

There is a one off Registration Fee of £250 for setting up your Glasgow property on our system. This fee, along with the Agency Fee of 10% is only charged to you once a Tenant has been found and the first month’s rental payment has been received.

There is no up front payment which you are required to make, we will also pay for all the other necessary legal Certificates such as the Gas Safety Certificate if you do not have them. These will only be charged to you once you are receiving rental income.
